2.1 Advance booking is required for all services. Walk-ins are subject to availability.2.2 Clients must provide accurate contact details when booking to ensure communication regarding appointments.---### 3. **Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy**3.1 Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least **24 hours in advance** to avoid penalties.
3.2 **Late cancellations (within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time)** or no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
