Terms and Conditions for Beauty Cocktail Salon Facial Subscription

Welcome to Beauty Cocktail Salon! By subscribing to our facial subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Overview
Our facial subscription offers members exclusive access to discounted facial treatments and additional perks. Subscribers can select from the available subscription plans offered by Beauty Cocktail Salon.

2. Eligibility
Subscription is available to individuals aged 18 and above. By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are available in both semi-annual and annual durations.
Each plan includes a set number of facial sessions as detailed in the subscription package.
Unused sessions may not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated.
The price for semi-annual and annual subscriptions is fixed for the duration of the term. Any price changes will apply only after the current term ends.
Membership prices may increase due to factors like market conditions, operational costs, and service improvements.

Subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods.
Failed payments may lead to suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
Subscribers who cancel before completing a minimum of three months (for semi-annual plans) or six months (for annual plans) will incur a cancellation fee of $50 to cover administrative and service costs.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via written notice or email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods or unused sessions.

6. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
Late cancellations (within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time) or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used.

7. Service Availability
All treatments are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.
Beauty Cocktail Salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription benefits or services with prior notice.

8. Membership Benefits
Subscribers may receive additional benefits such as:

Discounts on non-subscription treatments and products.
Priority booking for special events and promotions.
Loyalty rewards points accrued through eligible purchases.

9. Price Adjustment for Current Offers
If there are ongoing special offers or promotions for facial services (e.g., discounted facials), the subscriber will receive the promotional price for their next treatment.
The difference between the regular subscription price and the promotional price will be credited as loyalty points towards the subscriber’s account.
These loyalty points can be redeemed once the total loyalty points balance exceeds $50.

10. Termination of Subscription
Beauty Cocktail Salon reserves the right to terminate your subscription without notice for breach of these terms and conditions or misuse of services. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

11. Rejoining After Cancellation
If a subscriber cancels their subscription, they must wait 6 months before rejoining under the same subscription plan. Any new subscription after this waiting period will be subject to the current pricing and terms.

12. Liability
Beauty Cocktail Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or medical conditions. Please inform us of any relevant health information prior to treatments.

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the subscription.

13. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided for the subscription will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information without consent, except as required by law.

14. Amendments
Beauty Cocktail Salon reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.
